McClary Law and Meidaiton, P.C. is a 100% disabled Veterarn-owned boutique law and mediation firm founded by Danisha L. McClary, Esq.

Danisha is a retired U.S. Army Finance Corps and Judge Advocate Generals (JAG) Corps offier who has more than 17 years of experience practicinglaw at the federal, state, and local levels. Danisha holds a bachelors of science (BS) from Floridan A&M University, a master of science (MS) from Troy State University, a juris doctorate (JD) from the University of Georgia Law School, and a masters of the laws (LLM) in government contracts and fiscal law from the US Army Judge Advocate General's Legal Center in Charlottesville, VA.

Danisha's legal experience includes serving as a the principal legal advisor administrative, employment, immigration, contract and fiscal, and criminal law. Additionally, she has served as an Equai Emplooyment Opportunity (EEO) Program Manager for the Veterans Administration, during which time she facilitated more than 40 mediations Danisha has also served on several government
